Orders ship through USPS in 2-5 business days + 1-2 Day Processing time.

Tracking and order confirmation will be sent by email.

No refunds, returns, or exchanges unless damaged.

Damaged items must be reported with proof of damages by the fourth day of delivery.

Q: Lost or stolen package?

A: Once package is dropped off to post office, Lexri is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages.

Q: Can I cancel my order?

A: No, orders are sent out as quickly as possible

Q: My order got sent back to you?

A: If you put the incorrect shipping information, you are responsible to pay for another shipping label.

Q: Why was my order canceled?

A: Shipping & billing address must match. Any suspicious orders will be canceled.
